Returns and Refunds

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Item must be unworn, unused, with all tags in tact. 

Use our contact form to request a return. Please include your order number, name, photo of item, and your reason for requesting a return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless seller is at fault (defective item, incorrect item, incorrect quantity, etc). In these instances, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If order qualifies for return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few business days for your bank to process your refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

International Duty Fees and Taxes

We are not responsible for duty fees or VAT (value added taxes). Buyer is responsible for all duty fees and taxes upon receipt of the package. Please be aware of your country’s fees for international purchases.
